If we were to sum up Wally's branding in 3 words, they are: cheerful, funky and energetic. Exactly the vibes that entrepreneurial couple Stephanie and Kristof want to radiate.
We created two logos in rose and green that can be used perfectly interchangeably. The letter logo immediately gives a lot of character to the whole branding. The perfect match to the characteristic pizzas.
Of course, a nod to the artisanal baking method of sourdough could not be missing. We chose a typewriter font that gives the house style a rustic yet subtle touch.
We light up when we eat Wally, Wally himself then lights up the street scene. The neon lighting in the shape of the logo is the perfect way to lure passers-by inside.
The branding is also well represented in the shop itself. Flawless service in flawless t-shirts, that's how we like it.
The onepager website introduces you to the story, what to expect and makes it easy to make reservations.
Well baked, well stamped. Every pizza that goes out the door gets an extra house style topping.
So how do you publicise your new business? For starters: social media management. Long before the official opening, we created awareness with teasers. On the online channels you discovered how Wally is made, spotted behind the scenes of the build-up, met the suppliers ... That strategy earned Wally a bunch of followers and fans, even before the first pizza was baked.
