Bobbie who? Bobbie Bahama!
Not unattainable luxury, but fresh, trendy pieces that fit into any interior, that was Valerie and Emiel’s mission. So, we set out to find a brand name that could capture that vibe. And we landed on Bobbie Bahama - a name that radiates positivity and energy. ‘Bobbie’ means ‘bright’ and reflects the playful, cheerful tone of the brand. ‘Bahama,’ on the other hand, is a subtle nod to a relaxed, colorful island lifestyle. Does the name make you smile when you hear it? Then our mission is accomplished.
In addition to the name, the brand story had to exude positivity and make a statement. Because Bobbie Bahama doesn’t follow fleeting trends but consciously chooses confident designs that last for generations. And that needed to be said.
Always a bit of summer
Anyone promising to capture the joy of summer in design needs branding that lives up to that promise. That’s why we created a visual identity that perfectly reflects the playful character of Bobbie Bahama. How did we do it? With a palette of bright blue tones, bold typography, and a functional logo that effortlessly complements the colorful furniture pieces. An absolute must for interior architect and co-founder Valerie.
At Bobbie Bahama, it’s also all about flexibility. As a customer, you don’t just choose the shape of your design piece, you get to pick the color too. That’s why we developed a visual identity that embraces that freedom with ease. A branding that mixes and matches? Check!
Digital presence
A strong visual identity deserves a strong digital translation. And that included, alongside an intuitive website with a Shopify feature, beautiful imagery. To highlight the versatility of the collection, we opted for simple product shots on a white background. This way, entrepreneurs Valerie and Emiel can change the table colors on the webshop at any time - keeping the focus firmly on the design. Flexible digital tools with a summery touch? That’s so Bobbie Bahama!
