That’s why it was time for SD to refresh their branding and make a bold statement with a renewed identity.
So we got to work on a new name, a refined graphic style and a timeless look and feel for their website. The iconic Pantone Red 1807 became our visual guide. Not an excessive statement, but a consistent anchor point visible across the board - from the logo to the website and every part of their communication. The result of that kind of focus? A minimalist yet powerful identity that sticks.
Next level print
For those who take visual impact seriously, print is a playground. And at Schelstraete Delacourt, we had free rein. CEO Vanessa Delacourt knew exactly how the right type of paper could enhance a brand’s perception. That gave us the chance to experiment with special printing techniques and exclusive materials. From business cards and envelopes to letterheads and presentation folders: everything was printed on premium paper with a leather texture and Pantone colours.
And the invitation for the launch of their new look? It had to be just as exclusive as SD itself. Teaser cards with the message “keep an eye on us” were created, followed by carefully personalised invitations to an exclusive launch event at the Antwerp Zoo. Every detail was strategically thought out so the communication would perfectly align with their different audiences.
A digital step into the future
Alongside the print materials, we also developed a comprehensive digital ecosystem for SD. Pitch documents, digital templates, LinkedIn assets and even Zoom backgrounds were all designed to align with the renewed identity. The client reporting system was also fully customized. As a result, Schelstraete Delacourt now communicates more efficiently, clearly and professionally with their clients, without compromising their high-end image.

The rebranding journey we went through with Schelstraete Delacourt was intensive, but it positioned the brand more sharply than ever within the exclusive world of Executive Search. Every decision was made with care - from the tone of the portraits and videos, to the Pantone red and the texture of the paper invitations. The brand identity wasn’t simply reinvented, it was precisely aligned. From the smallest details to the biggest strategic choices: ready for the future.
